Sep 30’s commit jump, unpacked: backend hardening and a model upgrade
Rolling productivity log for the 100x Engineer velocity dashboard. With the per-project digest pipeline now live, the late-sync revision that pushed Sep 30 from 4 to 14 commits is no longer a mystery — it was deployment hardening and a model upgrade on the Ambient Scribe backend, plus a compliance page on the marketing site. October 1’s build log, the first written this way, was reviewed and merged today. Cumulative portfolio stands at 9,263 commits and 4.23M retained source lines.

Sep 30's jump from 4 to 14 commits, unpacked
Yesterday's log reported Sep 30 at 4 commits as a same-day partial read; the real per-project digest now explains the 10 that synced in late. On the Ambient Scribe backend: a round of production deployment and rollout-reliability hardening, alongside an upgrade to the underlying AI model. The marketing site (Phiniti.ai) also shipped an SMS/text-messaging program disclosure page, continuing the Twilio A2P compliance work from Oct 1's opt-in evidence page.
October 1's build log merged after review (#111)
The first build log written from real per-project commit data — naming Ambient Scribe and the marketing site directly instead of aggregate line counts alone — went out as a draft per this repo's policy and was reviewed and merged today. It covered Oct 1's actual work: an EHR-import data audit and a scoping fix on the Ambient Scribe backend, plus the SMS opt-in evidence page on the marketing site. The digest infrastructure behind it (#108, #112, #113, #114) is now fully shipped and merged.
Today so far: one backend fix; PR backlog unchanged
October 2 (today) shows a single commit as of this morning's scan, continuing the deployment-hardening thread from Sep 30. The open PR backlog is unchanged: #104 (Sep 26 build log + nav consolidation, draft since Sep 26), #105 (Sep 27 build log, draft since Sep 27), and #106 (regression-review PR, open since Sep 27) all remain stale, leaving real gaps in the on-site build-log archive.
Week 40 by project
Now that the digest pulls real per-project commit subjects, Week 40’s 28 commits break down cleanly across the three active repos this week: the Ambient Scribe backend carried most of the volume, with the marketing site and this site & its velocity pipeline making up the rest.
