Velocity refresh — back on the happy path
Triggered today's velocity GitHub Action (workflow_dispatch, run #207) to pull the latest metrics across all 14 tracked codebases. Unlike yesterday's run, this scan cleared the regression guard cleanly: total additions rose to 6,856,106 (+102) and retained source lines rose to 4,224,648 (+89), so the refresh committed straight to main rather than routing through the review PR. The dashboard and story page at /ai-engineering-velocity now reflect this run's numbers automatically, since both read live from src/lib/aiVelocityData.generated.json.
Week 39 finalizes upward on late syncs
With Week 39 (September 21–27) now fully in the past, its totals settled at 190 commits and +53,498 net lines — up from the 187 commits and +53,425 net lines reported as the week was still closing out. This is the same late-sync revision pattern noted in prior logs: days can tick upward for a day or two after they close as scans catch delayed pushes.
