Well I've decided to make a few changes. I've been disappointed with the 22r from day 1. It just doesn't have the torque I want for the wet weather wheeling and muddy hill climbs. So I'm dropping in a 4.3 and a th350 trans mated to the Toy cases.

I've also done some calc work to help me figure out what gear options I have until I get the swap done. I often find myself having trouble finding the right ratio for hard launches and hill climbs because I need to gain wheel speed and keep momentum but sometimes the motor will start to loose RPM when the tires heat up and start to grip because of the lack of torque and then it will bog down and I'm done. So here is a small chart.
