I bent two full hoops. One for the front and one for the rear. Well, I designed them to small so the one for the rear was perfect for the front and the one for the front got cut in half to become shock hoops. I also built a gusset for the track bar mount out of some plate.

Shock tabs welded to rear spring plate.

Setting up the bender.

Bending what I thought was going to be the front grill hoop... Ended up being to small so it turned into shock mounts for the front.

Bendtech instructions from the hoop I designed real quick.

Setting up to bend the other hoop.

Little trick to get the front end coming back around to slid down with the back end of the tube.  Otherwise it will hit the top of the tube and bind.

Small hoop in place.. Just doesn't look right.

Big Hoop on..  Looks alot better. Now to align in.

Welded on. I made sure and put the steering box back on to make sure it would clear.

Rear axle back under the rig.  Needs some paint but I've got to put a hole through the bracing for the trackbar mount for the brake lines to go though.

Shock mounts in place.

Front view of axle

Winch cable going to front axle.  It seems to clear all the steering ok. The cable will be replaced with synthetic line.

Front shock hoops..

Another view.

After I finished up.

I'm gonna do some designs and see how I want to tie the rear of the chassis in.  Maybe another hoop to match the front.  Also gotta do some more shock tabs for the front. The rear shocks will tie into the seat bar.

Thanks for looking.
