Chassis Mounts and Floor Minimize

I made some chassis mounts that allow me to remove the chassis from the frame while I'm building. Then I built the floor frames and started the frames for the seats.

Setup the notcher (These are handy.. I've been doing the Chop Saw notching 101 and this thing is much quicker)

Made these from 1.75" HREW and some Box tubbing.

Welded them to the chassis so I could get rid of the 2x4's. Now the chassis just sits on top of the frame :)

Starting the drivers side floor frame, I didn't make it removable. Just seemed like alot of work for something I probably wouldn't use that much.

Drivers side floor welded to the frame and the seat sitting in place..

Building the passenger side floor.. These take lots of clamps. Had to build a notch around the tcase.

How it looked after today..

Seat frames I cut out of 1" angle.  More on these tommorow.

Thats if for Day 1 of my push to get this thing built.

Goals for tommorow

- Seats In

- Peddles

- Steering

Thanks for looking.
