I spent today trying to get the X back on its feet. I already had the two lower links half welded (Ran out of gas thursday night) so today I built the upper link and fabbed some brackets to go on it. I also spent some time getting my misalignment spacers ready etc. Once I got the links bolted in I made some quick bump stops (don't have the rubber bump stop for them yet) from some tub a bolt and some washers. I then attached my springs to the spring perches and put the bump stop/upper alignment posts in place. The upper alignment posts allow the springs to unseat from the buckets at full drup but guide them back in place on compression.

After I got those in place I removed the jack stands and watched it compress down so it looked like it was doing a nose dive.  So up it went again and I moved the buckets down and put the weight back on it.  Then it was pretty much level. Thats about it for today.  Maybe this coming week I can finish everything up.  I have a trackbar and mounts to make.  Shock tabs to attach and a new Master Cylinder to install.

Dropping the drivers side bucket.  Gonna flex pretty good since the springs dont have to stretch.
