My buddy james came by the house last week and schooled me on linked suspensions. So after some measuring etc he said it would be alot better to put upper link mounts in the crossmember.  So Today I started that process and I'm pretty happy with the outcome. Just gotta put some paint on it and that part is done.

Here is the Crossmember untouched.

Here are the beginnings of the brackets that go inside the crossmember. I will be boxing these guys in for strength.

Here is the back of the crossmember.  i've started by welding the rear plate into the crossmember.  This gives me a good solid mounting point with lots of weld area.

Thats enough for tonight. I also broke a bandsaw blade tonight so I will have to get another one.  I will start the front brackets for the axle tommorow.
