Radiator Fan Fix Minimize

OK my X was overheating at crawl speed and when climbing hills pushing 4-5k rpm doing about 40-50 mph. So after replacing the Water Pump, Redoing the timing, replacing the belt, tensioner pully, I decided the fan needed a shroud. So here are the pics.

Notice this is a griffen alumn radiator not a stock xterra rad.

First here is what my prev rad fan looked like.

So thanks to shawn hooking me up with one of his volvo fans the replacement looks like this.
