Designed table base for CNC table Minimize

I spent some time in BendTech designing the table base for the CNC table. The end size will be about 5'x5'. The frame will be made of 1.5"x.065 wall Sq tubing and sit about 36-40" off the floor after the casters are installed. More details in the original post below

The orange tubing is 1"x.065wall tubing that supports the gantry rollers and the green tubing is the 1.5".  I will be adding gussets when the time comes.  There will be a water table on this as well.

Wesley Combs CNC Plasma

I've picked up some new Tig supplies and plan on using the heliarc 252 to weld it all up if I can get it running right. If not I will use the Multimaster scratch start Tig to do it.

All the tubing in the above picture is cut and ready to go thanks to a new Masterhand Dry cut 1300 RPM chop saw and BendTech's handy spread sheet print out..
