The X, Y and Z axis are operational now. Still have to add gussets for support, tie the plasma into it, wire in the limit switches, finish weld it and build a water table to hold the material.

I spent some time in BendTech designing the table base for the CNC table. The end size will be about 5'x5'. The frame will be made of 1.5"x.065 wall Sq tubing and sit about 36-40" off the floor after the casters are installed. More details in the original post below

Designed this chassis last night. Setup for 1 Tons and a V8 or V6. Kind of a ProMod Buggy setup. The tires on it are 40's and the Wheelbase is 110", Width is around 48". Pictures are viewable in the article.

So I bought a bandsaw that weighs too much for me to move off the trailer and it was to awkward to move without a forklift so I decided it was time to build a crane. I started with some 2" pipe and the ftoy. Pretty basic setup but it works well and lifted the bandsaw of the trailer with ease. The load does fully compress the suspension down to the bump stops because the springs are so soft but it still works. Well on to the photos ....

Well I've decided to make a few changes. I've been disappointed with the 22r from day 1. It just doesn't have the torque I want for the wet weather wheeling and muddy hill climbs. So I'm dropping in a 4.3 and a th350 trans mated to the Toy cases.

Well dad and I went to WeRock in Jellico with the buggy. Crazy weekend with lots of rain on sat and a good day on sunday. We didn't even complete a course sat but on sunday we finished 3 of the 4. I had a good time and the buggy was tested well but it performed good.
